Any product (excluding glassware) purchased either online or at our physical location can be returned for a full refund if the product is in new, unused condition or has a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase. All glassware is inspected prior to sale and cannot be returned unless it is in new condition in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For services and courses, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method if requested prior to the service being initiated. No refunds will be granted once a service or course has started.

SCHOOL OF SPIRITS BARTENDING COLLEGE reserves the right to charge students a reasonable replacement fee for glassware that is broken as a result of misuse or carelessness during training. The charge will vary depending on current glassware prices, but will be disclosed to the students in the first lecture. Failure to pay for broken glassware may result in certificate withholding.
